5 % DISCOUNT FOR 90 % PAYMENT
1000 Euro deposit
10 % of the price of the property within 30 days of signing the preliminary contract.
80 % of the value of the property at the start of the building works and notary transfer of the property, with the obligation of the agency to build the property by the exact date.
5% of the property price on completion after receiving ‘Permission For Use’ (Act 16)

PAYMENT BY INSTALMENTS
1000 ?uro deposit.
10% of the property price within 30 days and signing a preliminary contract.
20% of the property price at the start of the building works.
30% of the property price at roof ready stage.
30% of the property price by end of work - up to 45 days from the roof ready stage.
10% after receiving ‘Permission For Use’ (Act 16) and a transfer of the property with a Notary Deed

PAYMENT BY INSTALMENTS (UP TO 60 MONTHS)
1000 Euro deposit
50% of the property price to be paid within 30 days.
The property is transferred with a notary deed describing the obligation of the client to pay the remaining 50% in equal monthly stage payments for up to 60 of months (annual interest rate 7%)

The building works will be scheduled for completion within 6 months of building permission. The first payment will be due from the date of Permission of use (Act 16).
